摘要
针对异构数控机床不同的数据接口,进行数据采集方法的研究。对西门子数控系统采用OEM软件方式和数据采集装置方式实现数据的采集;对FANUC系统采用FOCAS方式和宏程序方式实现数据的采集。实践证明:在不增加大量硬件设备的情况下,通过软件技术实现异构数控机群的信息集成,是一种经济实惠的选择。
Data acquisition methods were researched aiming at different data interface of heterogeneous CNC machine tools.The OEM software means and data collection device means were used to achieve data collection for SIEMENS CNC system,while FOCAS means and macroprogram means were used for FANUC CNC system.Practice proves that it's a cost-effective option to achieve information integration of heterogeneous DNC system through software technology,without increasing a large number of hardware devices.
