摘要
建立了直动式三通电液比例减压阀传递函数,对不同出口容腔体积时的动态响应特性进行了试验,分析与试验表明合理设定出口容腔体积可使比例减压阀得到高的动态响应,为工程上需要高响应比例减压阀提供了设计依据。
The transfer function for direct operated three way characteristic of the valve are simulated for different outlet volume proportional pressure reducing value is presented. The dynamic Simulation analysis and experiment show that reasonable set the valve core＇s outlet control volume size can enable the proportional pressure reducing valve have high dynamic characteristic. It provided design basis on the proportional pressure reducing valve which want to have high frequency-response characteristic.
