摘要
对影响减压阀压力调节精度的非线性因素——摩擦力和流体稳态力进行了研究与讨论,建立了逆向卸荷式气体减压阀的静态特性数学模型,其中计算结果与实验结果相吻合。分析结果表明,摩擦力和流体稳态力对减压阀的静态特性偏差有着不同程度的影响,因此在设计过程中应该考虑摩擦力、流体稳态力对减压阀静态特性的影响。
A PRV static characteristics mathematical model was developed by analyzing the nonlinear factors——frictional and fluid dynamic forces that influence the PRV regulate accuracy. Calculation results accord with experiment results, it indicates that frictional and fluid dynamic forces have some influence on the static characteristic deviation of PRV. Special attention should be paid on frictional and fluid dynamic forces during the design process.
