摘要
采用叶面喷施的方法,研究喷施不同次数、不同浓度硼锌肥对紫花苜蓿草产量、矿质元素及碳水化合物含量的影响。结果表明:适量喷施硼锌肥提高了紫花苜蓿草产量及B、Zn、Ca、Mg含量,K含量显著降低,Cu含量无显著变化;喷施不同浓度的硼锌肥均不同程度影响紫花苜蓿碳水化合物源库间的运转,喷施1次或2次时以0.3%浓度硼锌肥处理叶片内可溶性糖含量最低,喷施3次时以0.2%浓度处理含量最低,且相应的茎可溶性糖含量较对照增幅也最大;叶、茎的淀粉、蔗糖、果糖含量均随硼锌浓度增加呈先升高后降低趋势。
A field experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of B and Zn fertilizer on the yield of forage, the contents of mineral elements and carbohydrate in alfalfa with the method of spraying on leaf surface. The results showed that spraying B and Zn fertilizer properly increased the yield of forage and the contents of B, Zn, Ca and Mg in alfalfa, decreased K content in alfalfa, but it did not obviously influenced Cu content in alfalfa. Spraying B and Zn fertilizer in different concentration could influence carbohydrate translocation of source and sink in varying degrees, the contents of soluble sugar in leaves was the lowest sprayed B and Zn solution of 0.3 ~ for 1 time or 2 times, sprayed B and Zn solution of 0.2% for three times the contents of soluble sugar in stem was increased greatly compared with CK. The contents of starch, sucrose and fructose in leaves and stem were increased first, then decreased with increasing concen Zn.
