氮钾锰硼的供应水平对莴笋植株累积矿质元素的影响 被引量:14

摘要 应用水培试验研究了营养液中氮、钾、锰和硼4种元素的供应水平对莴笋体内某些矿质元素含量和累积量的影响。结果表明:(1)供试条件下氮和硼是莴笋生长发育的主要限制因子,二者的供应水平对莴笋体内多种元素的含量和累积量有显著影响;缺硼时锌在植株内富集,含量远高于对照;(2)植株内钾的含量和累积量随钾的供应水平的增加而成倍增加,但钾的供应水平对锌、铜、铁、锰、钙等矿质元素的累积量影响不大,锰的供应水平仅对锰和铜在莴笋体内累积量有显著影响;(3)莴笋体内矿质元素的含量是累积量与生长量二者共同作用的结果,必须综合考虑含量与累积量这两个因素才能判断它们之间存在何种相互作用。 In order to investigate the influence of the supplying rates of nitrogen, potassium, boron , manganese and boron in the nutrient solution on contents and accumulation amounts of several mineral elements in lettuce plants, the solution culture was conducted.The results showed: (1)Under the experimental conditions, nitrogen and boron were main inhibiting factors on growth and development of lettuce plants, when boron was deficient, zinc was greatly accumulated in plants and its content was much more than that of the treatment in which boron was supplied; (2)The content and accumulation of potassium in lettuce plants increased with the supplying level of potassium increasing,but the supplying level of potassium had little influence on accumulation amounts of zinc, copper,manganese,calcium etc, the manganese supplying rate has significant influence on the accumulation amounts of manganese and copper in the lettuce plants; (3)The content of mineral elements in the lettuce plants depended on both accumulation amount and growth amount, in order to evaluate which relations lies in among mineral elements,the content and accumulatoin amount must be considered in the meantime.
