莱芜市1862名孕妇人巨细胞病毒检测调查分析

摘要 目的了解莱芜市孕妇早期人巨细胞病毒(human cytomegalovirus,HCMV)感染状况,为进一步羊水穿刺检测提供依据。方法 2008年1月—2011年12月采用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)对1 862名孕妇进行早期无创HCMV-IgM检测。结果 1 862名孕妇中检测出HCMV-IgM阳性标本29例,阳性率1.56%。结论莱芜市孕妇HCMV感染率较高,应加强预防。
