摘要
目的：了解孕妇人巨细胞病毒（HCMV）近期感染状况。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对280例孕妇和50名孕前检查的健康妇女外周血进行了HCMV—IgM检测。结果：在280例孕妇中检测出HCMV—IgM阳性标本3例，阳性率为1．07％，50例健康妇女中未检测到HCMV—IgM阳性标本。结论：在孕妇中巨细胞病毒有一定近期感染率。
Objective：To investigate the conditions of recent infection of HCMV in prenagantwomen. Methods： ELISA was used to detect HCMV-IgM in vein blood samples of 280 prenagant women. Results ：Three samples were HCMV-IgM positive in 280 prenagant women. The positive rate of HCMV-IgM was 1.07%. Conclusion：There was certainly recent infection rate of HCMV in prenagantwomen.
