硅凝胶假体隆乳术后迟发性血肿并发反复包膜挛缩1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 患者，女，43岁，以“哺乳后双侧乳腺萎缩12年余、隆乳术后8个月突发左乳肿胀畸形”为主诉人院，患者曾于2010年2月22日在武警上海市总队医院整形外科门诊行“硅凝胶假体植入隆乳术”（腋下切口，胸大肌下植入）。假体规格：曼托225mL毛面，圆形。术后8个月突发左乳肿胀畸形，于外院及武警上海市总队医院整形外科分别行B超、CT检查，提示：左乳假体外积液（图1）。患者拒绝B超下穿刺引流，给予保守对症治疗，观察3个月，左侧乳腺肿胀未见消退。2011年3月21日患者于武警上海市总队医院整形外科门诊行左乳探查术（乳晕切口），术中见“双包膜现象”（胸大肌下包膜内有一层较厚包膜包绕假体表面），两层包膜间有大量陈旧血性液体及血清样黏液（约100mL），吸净渗出液，完整取出原乳房硅凝胶假体。
