摘要
目的探讨内窥镜辅助腋下切口男性乳房发育症手术治疗的方法和疗效。方法局部肿胀麻醉下，内窥镜辅助下通过腋下切口分离切除乳腺组织。自2006年9月至2011年9月，共治疗67例男性乳房发育症患者。结果本组67例患者，术后切口均I期愈合。随访6～12个月，乳房外形美观，无乳头、皮肤坏死，效果满意。结论内窥镜辅助腋下切口手术治疗男性乳房发育症是一种安全、有效、微创的方法，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the surgical technique and effect of the surgical treatment of gynecom astia via transaxilary incision assisted with edoscopy. Methods The redundant mammary tissue of the patients with gynecomastia was excised via minimally transaxilary incision assisted with endoscopy under local tumescent anesthesia. From September 2006 to September 2011, totally 67 cases were received in this study. Results All incisions healed primarily. After 6 to 12 months followup, all cases received satisfied outcome without postoperative complications of nipple or skin necrosis. Conclusion It is a safe, effective and minimal ly invasive approach for the surgical treatment of gynecomastia, and it is worth spreading in clinic.
