摘要
分析了制动器夹钳的结构特点及工艺要求。通过MAGMAsoft软件对铸造工艺、充型、凝固过程进行了模拟,优化了浇注系统,使铸件缩孔、缩松等缺陷减少.球化石墨的大小和数量均匀。这能提高铸件质量,取得明显的经济效益。
The structure characteristics and technology requirements of the brake clamp were analyzed. And casting proccss, filling and solidification process were simulated by the MAGMAsoft software. The gating system was optimized to reduce the casting shrinkage hole, shrinkage and other defects, and to uniform spherical graphite sizes and numbers.This can improve the casting quality and obtain obvious economic benefits.
