摘要
目前,我国高校的创业教育取得了一定的成效,但无论是理论研究还是实践探索仍处于初始阶段,主要表现为创业教育价值观偏差、目标不明确、学科体系尚未形成、运行机制不健全、师资队伍建设跟不上发展需求等,这些问题制约了高校创业教育的可持续发展。针对我国高校创业教育现状以及存在的问题,借用"生态学"理论,构建包括高校创业教育生态发展目标体系、课程体系、实践体系、孵化体系、师资体系、文化体系在内的高校创业教育生态发展体系,旨在与创业教育生态发展体系的其它子系统相互协调,产生共生、协同作用,实现高校创业教育由传统模式向生态发展的转变。
Currently, the university entrepreneurship education in our country has made certain achievements, both theoretical study and practice of exploration but still in their infancy, mainly for the deviation of the entrepreneurial education values and goals are not clear, the disciplinary system is not yet formed, running mechanism is not perfect, teachers can＇t keep up with development needs of the team building, these problems have constrained the sustainable development of enterprise education, this paper, in consideration of the current situation and existing problems of enterprise education in China, borrowing ＂ecology＂ theory, build Eco-development goals of enterprise education system, curriculum system, practical system, incubation system, teacher system, cultural system, including the Eco-development of enterprise education system aimed at the coordination of the other subsystems with entrepreneurship education and Eco-development system, generating symbiotic synergy to college entrepreneurship education development from the traditional to the ecological transformation.
