晚期肝癌合并腹腔积液腹腔化疗前后患者营养状况的评估与护理经验 被引量：4

摘要 目的比较PG-SGA评分法、血清白蛋白法及人体测量法评估腹腔灌注化疗前后患者的营养状况。方法 80例肝癌晚期并腹腔积液患者腹腔穿刺后留置引流管,引出腹水后腹腔注射顺铂40mg,每周1次,连续3周。在穿刺引流前后1周进行营养状况评估,采用上述3种方法进行评估。结果白蛋白浓度测定法和SGA评估法之间无明显差异(P>0.01),而体表测量营养评价法敏感度差,难以反应患者营养状况变化的真实情况。结论 SGA法完全有希望取代白蛋白浓度测定法及人体测量法,值得推广。
