摘要 针对目前卫生监督信息系统(Health Inspection Information System,HIIS)中所存在的不足之处,结合地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)的特点,提出建立卫生监督地理信息系统(Health Inspection &Geographic Information System,HIGIS)的思路。通过应用地图标注、空间数据库引擎等技术实现了对卫生监督管理相对人的空间管理,为日常查询统计提供区域数据的地理展现,实现网格管理提供地理分布依据,日常监督工作(尤其突发事件管理)提供可视化导航,有助于优化管理模式,提高卫生监督工作效率。 Aimed at the inadequacies in Health Inspection Information System (HIIS), and combined with the characters of Geographic Information System (GIS), it put forward the idea of creating Health Inspection & Geographic Information System (HIGIS). Through map labeling, spatial database engine and other techniques, it realized the space management of health inspection system counterpart, provided geographic exhibition of regional data for daily query statistics, provided geographic distribution basis for grid management, provided visual navigation for daily inspection (especially elnergencies), optimized the management mode, and enhanced the efficiency of health inspection.
