摘要
本文是研制新型激光陶瓷合金化活塞环的阶段研究报告。采用CO2 激光器对球墨铸铁表面的C Si B RE +WC涂层进行了激光合金化处理。研究了强化层的显微组织和性能 ,并对激光处理的试样进行了耐磨性试验。结果表明 ,对球墨铸铁表面的C Si B RE +WC涂层进行激光处理可获得硬度高、耐磨性好、没有裂纹的强化层。在环块式磨损试验机上用不同合金化涂料的试块对GCr1 5钢试环进行了摩擦学试验。结果表明当WC完全溶解时 ,涂料中加入 1 5%WC的激光合金化层具有最佳耐磨性能。
This paper is a stage report of the research on new laser ceramic alloying pistion ring.Laser alloying of C Si B RE+WC on nodular cast iron using CO 2 laser has been made.The microstructure and characteristics of the strengthened layers have been analyzed and the wear resistance experiments on the laser alloying treated samples have been done.The results demonstrate that laser eutectic alloying of C Si B RE+WC on nodular cast iron is able to achieve satisfying layers with high hardness and wear resistance which are free of cracks.The tribological experiments on different alloying test blocks with GCr15 steel test piston rings have also been made and the results show that on the condition that WC dissolves completely,the laser alloying layer with 15%WC in its coating is able to achieve the best wear resistance.
