激光表面熔覆技术提高斯太尔曲轴模具寿命的研究 被引量:2

Research on service life improvement of Style crank die using laser cladding cermet technology

摘要 为了提高斯太尔曲轴模具的使用寿命,在斯太尔曲轴模具材料5CrMnMo钢的堆焊层表面进行了激光合金化处理实验。通过工艺实验,分析了堆焊层激光合金化处理后的组织和显微硬度;通过优化工艺参数,获得了表面光洁、与基材形成良好冶金结合的模具表面强化层;合金强化层平均硬度达到HV0.2750。激光表面熔覆技术已应用于热锻模具,使斯太尔曲轴模具寿命提高了60%。 Laser alloying treatment test was carried out on Style improve its service life. Both microstructure and distribution of crank die material 5CrMnMo steel surface in order to micro hardness of the material were investigated after laser alloying. Crack free and shaped alloying layer which was metallurgically boned with substrate was fabricated through processing parameter optimization. The experimental results show that laser alloying with the allying material as coat improves the original microstructure evidently, the average hardness is proved to be HV0. 2750, and the service life of Style crank die is significantly increased by 60%.
