摘要
分析了激光熔覆层应力的产生和分布状态 ,描述了熔覆层裂纹的形成和形貌 ,归纳了目前抑制裂纹产生的方法。对解决熔覆层开裂问题提出了一些建议。
In this paper,producing and distribution of stresses in laser cladding layer were analyzed.Then,forming and morphology of cracks in laser cladding layer were described and the suppressing method of cracking at present was summarized.Some suggestions of resolving the problem of cracking in laser cladding layer were propounded.
