摘要
介绍了一种复杂汽化模具的三维造型与数控加工自动编程过程 ,对汽化模具的加工工艺及控制加工变形作了一些探讨 ,指出数控编程应结合工厂的实际情况而编制加工程序的方法 ,基于并行工程的CAD/CAM是提高这类模具加工质量 ,缩短制造周期的有力途径。
In this paper, solid model & NC programming of a complicated expendable pattern mould are discussed and manufacture planning and method of controlling deform are also investigated. Meanwhile, NC programmer should emphasis on the characterize of NC machine and tradition. By using CAD/CAM, it is very appreciated that improve mould quality and reduce cycle time.
