摘要
CAD系统输出的基于特征的产品数据,实际上是一个静态的特征序列的描述,而忽略了特征在“拼装”成零件时,所遵循的顺序规律.在对特征分类的基础上,研究了基本形状特征之间的空间关系、拼装所遵循的规律.提出了基于特征关系矩阵及其有向无环图的描述方法,建立具有动态性的和层次性的产品特征的数据模型.详细讨论了由CAD系统数据转化为集成系统内部层次模型过程中所涉及的主要问题,包括特征之间的关系、特征关系矩阵的建立方法,以及由特征关系矩阵产生层次模型的算法并给出了实际算例进行考核.
Most of the commercial CAD software output the feature based product model in the form of a static description of feature lists, while the relationships among features are always overlooked. Actually, when features are being assembled into a part, they must follow certain definite rules. Based on the classification of features, the space relationships among basic form features and the rules of feature assembly are studied in the paper. A dynamic, hierarchical feature based product model, which is built up on the basic of form feature relationship matrix and non looped graph is presented. The main issues relating to the conversion of a CAD directed model into the hierarchical model in an integrated system,such as: identifying the relationship among features, establishing the relationship matrix and non looped directed graph, and the algorithm of constructing the hierarchical model are discussed in detail.While a speed regulator box as an instance is given for check.
