摘要
针对注塑模具中常出现的塑件留在定模上的现象 ,从注塑工艺和模具设计与制造两方面提出了具体的预防措施和解决办法。文中对这种现象产生的原因加以理论分析并以实践经验加以佐证 ;对回转体、平板类等有代表性的塑件模具的加工和装配给出了具体的实施方案。
To protect the phenomenon that plastic parts are often left in the half of the fixed mold when mold is being opened, this paper put forward detailed preventive measures and resolved methods from the injection process to the design and manufacture of the mold. Meanwhile, reasons for the phenomenon are analysed theoretically and proved by practice experience. A detailed precept about processing and assembling for the mold of solids of revolution or plates of the kind is given.
