Feature-based Product Modeling of Cold Extrusion Parts

摘要 研究了冷挤压零件特征分类、特征关系分类、特征表示以及相关信息的组织等内容。并利用面向对象的技术建立了冷挤压件的特征模型 ,为后续的冷挤压工艺方案的设计提供大量的信息。 Feature-based product modeling is the basis of integrated CAD/CAPP/CAE system. In this paper, feature classification, feature relation classification, feature representation and organization of relative information for cold extrusion parts are described. The features are classified into form feature, material feature, precision and management ones, and relations of features include inheritance relations, instance ones, connection ones, reference and subordinate ones. Accordingly, object-oriented modeling technology is proposed in order to establish the feature model of cold extrusion parts, which can provide lots of information for the process planning.
