摘要
冷挤压成形工序设计通常是由经验丰富的模具设计人员根据已有的设计和工艺规则及其经验进行的。本文介绍了一基于特征的集成ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ／ＣＡＥ的冷挤压工艺规划专家系统的结构。该系统包含了基于特征的产品模型建立、可行性分析、工艺规划和工艺评价等模块，并分别对各模块的特点和功能进行了介绍。
The design of cold extrusion process is usually carried out by an experienced designer
from his own expertise,existing designs and the process urles. This paper introduces an
integrated CAD/CAPP/CAE expert system of process planning of cold extrusion based on the
feature models.And the system includes several modules:feature model of parts,feasibility
plan,process plan and process evaluation etc.And it also presents the functions and features of
these modules.
