摘要
运用CFD软件,以水为工质,膜组件中采用具有旋转切向入流鸭嘴形喷管,对其不同可变结构参数进行了热容腔流场数值模拟计算,通过近膜面处的速度值、涡量值和温度值比较,获得了喷管的最优布置方案,证明了鸭嘴形喷管可以较大降低流体与膜面间传热边界层的温度梯度,强化了传质,为优化和改进膜蒸馏组件的设计提供了理论依据。
Using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and water as testing solution, thermal chamber flow field numerical simulation with different variable structure parameters of rotating tangential inflow duckbilled nozzle in the membrane module has been done. Through the comparison with the velocity, the magnitude and the temperature near membrane surface, the optimal arrange plan of the nozzle has been concluded. It has been Proved that duckbilled nozzle can largely reduce the temperature gradient of heat transfer boundary layer between fluid and the membrane surface, and enhance mass transfer. The conclusion provides theory basis for optimizing and improving the design of the membrane distillation module.
