空气隙膜蒸馏热腔温度边界层研究 被引量:2

Research of thermal boundary layer in air gap membrane distillation hot channel

摘要 通过圆柱形喷嘴膜组件和鸭嘴形喷嘴膜组件热腔实验,发现旋转切向入流膜组件的膜通量是单一进口管膜组件2~3倍,而后用数值模拟的方法研究了旋转切向入流膜组件强化传质的原因.数值模拟结果表明,膜组件结构参数改变后,近膜面处的温度边界层以及膜面上的温度分布会发生变化.鸭嘴形喷嘴膜组件热腔内的温度边界层厚度为1mm,圆柱形喷嘴膜组件的温度边界层厚度为2.8mm,并且对于鸭嘴形喷嘴膜组件在小流量下也可获得较高的膜面温度. By destroying the temperature polarization and concentration polarization to improve the membrane flux is one of important research for membrane distillation technology. So the numerical simulation has done to obtain the reason of mass transfer enhancement. According to the simulation results, the tem perature of membrane surface and the thermal boundary layer in the hot channel will change if the construction parameter of membrane module is different from each other. Under the same operation condition, the thermal boundary layer of membrane module with duck mouth shape jet is about 1ram rather smaller than that of membrane module with cylinder shape jet, 2. 8 ram. And if the construction parameter is changed, the effect of hot solution flow rate on the membrane surface temperature will decrease. The higher membrane surface temperature will gained under lower solution flow rate when use duck shape jet membrane module. Therefore, the temperature boundary layer thickness decreases is the main reason for membrane flux increasing of duck mouth shape membrane module.
