特应性皮炎患者外周血IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-18的检测 被引量：4

摘要 目的:检测特应性皮炎(AD)患者外周血中IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-18水平。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测AD患者和健康人群外周血IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-18浓度,分析其与疾病严重程度之间的关系及彼此之间表达的相关性。结果:AD患者的IL-4和IL-18明显高于健康对照组,IFN-γ明显低于健康对照组,有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。IL-4和IL-18在中、重度患者中的表达明显高于轻度,重度明显高于中度,IFN-γ在中、重度患者中的表达明显低于轻度,重度明显低于中度,具有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。Pearson检验显示IL-4表达与IL-18呈正相关(r=0.482,P<0.05),与IFN-γ表达呈负相关(r=-0.371,P<0.05),IL-18表达与IFN-γ表达呈负相关(r=-0.417,P<0.05)。结论:检测IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-18对AD病情的判断具有一定参考价值。
