摘要
介绍了一台用于研究火焰特性的热态实验装置。观察了丙烷在不同预热空气温度及不同含氧浓度气氛中的火焰特征。实验中 ,采用电加热法预热助燃剂 ,预热温度变化范围为 380~10 0 0℃ ;采用掺氮气的方法调节助燃剂中氧的体积浓度 ,其变化范围为 2 1%~ 2 %。实验表明助燃剂温度及其含氧量对火焰特性有非常显著的影响 ;高温低氧条件下的火焰特性与传统燃烧火焰特性迥然不同。最后对工业炉窑采用高温低氧空气燃烧方式将产生的效益进行了讨论。
The paper introduces a set of experiment equipment which researches on flame characteristics.Flame properties of propane in varying air temperature and varying oxygen content air are observed.In the experiment electric heating method is used to preheat combustion supporting gas and its temperature varies from 380℃ to 1000℃.Using nitrogen as the diluting gas to adjust oxygen volume content in combustion supporting gas,oxygen content varies from 21% to 2%.The result shows that the temperature of combustion supporting gas and its oxygen content have a remarkable effect on flame characteristics.Flame properties in high temperature and low oxygen condition are different from those in traditional condition.Finally the paper discusses the benefit that high temperature and low oxygen air combustion are used in industrial furnace.
