摘要
实验研究了换向时间对蓄热式燃烧的炉温波动性、炉温分布均匀性、蓄热体换热效率以及炉子热效率的影响,证明缩短换向时间可提高蓄热体换热效率及炉子热效率,但换向时间缩短到一定程度后,效率增长不大,从而可确定最佳换向时间。
In order to observe the switching time's influence,the temperature fluctuation,temperature field,the heat exchange rate of the honeycomb regenerators and furnace heat efficiency were investigated.The results prove that the shorter the switch time is,the heat exchange rate and the furnace efficiency are higher.But when the switch time is less than a constant,the efficiency increase is limited.So the optimal switch can be confirmed.
