摘要
本文从研究生培养创新基地建设的角度出发来论述如何培养研究生的创新能力,着重阐述了研究生培养创新基地建设的必要性、动发展模式和保障,认为通过研究生培养创新基地的建设,可使研究生在现实经济社会发展的中培养和提高其综合素质和创新能力,也可降低研究生的培养成本并减轻就业压力。
Front the perspective of the construction of innovation base, this paper discusses how to cultivate the postgrad- uate innovative ability, and highlights the need ,interactive development mode and protection of the construction of base.The construction of base can enhance the comprehensive quality and innovative ability of postgraduate in the process of economic and social development, as well as reduce the training cost and employment pressure of postgraduate.
