摘要
目的研究巨大前庭神经鞘瘤显微手术治疗效果及围手术期并发症的防治方法。方法显微手术切除35例巨大前庭神经鞘瘤,治疗围手术期凝血功能异常、肺部感染等并发症。结果 35例前庭神经鞘瘤中,肿瘤全切除28例(80.0%),近全切除7例(20.0%);面神经解剖保留率为85.6%(31/35例患者),术后无患者死亡。结论显微手术切除巨大前庭神经鞘瘤、积极治疗围手术期并发症,能获到较好的手术疗效,提高患者的生活质量。
Aim To explore the surgical management of huge vestibular schwannoma and treatment of perioperative complications. Methods 35 cases o fpatients with huge vestibular schwannoma were performed tumor resection via microsurgery. Perioperative complications, such as pulmonary infection and blood coagulation disorders were treated. Results 28 of the 35 cases were performed total resection （80%）, 7 cases near total resection （20%）. 31 cases obtained facial nerve anatomy reserving. There were no motality after operations. Conclusion The microsurgical techniques of huge vestibular schwannoma and active treatments for perioperative complications will help to get a satisfactory effect and improve life qualities of patients.
