摘要
针对不同叶片间距的小型转子型分级机 ,在不同风量、转速、给料浓度的条件下 ,对滑石粉进行了分级试验研究 ,从中得出了转速、风量、给料浓度对分级效果的影响 ,特别是给料浓度对分级效果的影响规律。研究表明 ,间距小的分级机其分级效果都好于间距大的分级机 ,并且它们的效果可由分级细粉的粒径d97。
The test for classifieation of talc powder is made using small sized rotor ultra fine classifiers which have different blade spacings under different rotary speed, air flow rate and feed concentration conditions, so as to investigate the effect of rotary speed, air flow rate and especially feed concentration on classification efficiency. The study shows that classifiers with a small blade spacing have better classification effeciency than with a large blade spacing, which has been verified by their classification size and accuracy.
