摘要
针对目前涡轮分级机的不足,开发了新型VCL-90型涡轮分级机。主轴采用两端两点支承且其组件采用整体吊装方式安装和拆卸;采用了独特的下支承定位固定方式;通过密封叶轮提供的气密封,防止气流“短路”影响分级效率;独特的叶片组件结构提高了叶片和转笼的刚度。
Aiming at the deficiencies of current turbine classifiers, the paper develops the new type VCL-90 turbine classifier, of which the chief shaft is supported with two fulcrum bearings at both the two ends as well as its component is entirely assembled and dismounted; a unique method is also applied to allocate and fix the lower fulcrum bearing; with airproof impeller, “short circuit” of airflow is avoided so as not to influence the classification efficiency; moreover, the unique structure of the impeller component increases the rigidity of vane and tumbler.
