摘要
本文从热喷涂、等离子化学热处理、气相沉积、TD处理、离子注入处理和激光表面处理等几方面详细介绍了提高模具使用寿命的表面强化新技术。指出正确运用表面强化技术是提高模具使用寿命的一个行之有效的重要途径 ,具有事半功倍的效果。
Surface strengthening technology has been reviewed as hot spraying,plasma thermochemical treatment,vapor deposition,Toyota diffusion coating process,ion implantation and laser surface strengthening treatment,which is an important way for prolonging moulds service life when being used properly.
