摘要
为对攀钢集团成都无缝钢管有限责任公司引进的排管锯主轴箱进行国产化，分析了主轴箱的传动特点。介绍了变厚齿轮的啮合特点及有关参数的计算公式，编制了变厚齿轮几何参数计算机计算程序。
To substitute locally made parts for the spindle box of the imported pipe layer sawing machine installed in Pangang Group Chengdu Seamless Steel Tube Co., Ltd., the drive characteristics of the box are analyzed; the engaging characteristics of the bevoloid gear and the calculation formula for the parameters involved with the gear are described; the computer program for calculation of the geometric parameters of the gear is developed.
