摘要
在发达国家,三角转子发动机中国即汪克尔发动机己经发展成熟,被大量应用于军用无人机,但由于加工精度高、特种工艺技术难度大,在中国尚未广泛使用。介绍了三角转子发动机的原理、特点及其常见故障,研究了三角转子发动机出现运动误差的原因,分析了运动误差与常见故障的关联性,以及运动误差对发动机工作的影响,认为三角转子发动机研制和生产过程中必须严格控制运动误差,并提出了运动误差的测量方法和减少运动误差的控制方法,为今后三角转子发动机研制工作顺利开展奠定了基础。
The technology of Wankel Engine(Rotary Engine) has developed maturely in developed countries and has been widely used in UAV. Rotary engine is not widely used in China because of high processing accuracy and difficulties in special process . The principles, characteristics and typical faults of rotary engine were introduced. The reasons of rotating error were studied. The relationships of rotating error and typical faults and the influences of rotating error on running rotary engine were analyzed. The rotating error must be controlled strictly in design and production. The measurement and reduction rotating error method were performed. It lay foundation for development of rotary engine in the furture.
