摘要
讨论了人为失误研究的几种方法在生产安全研究中的重要性及其适用范围 ,并通过具体实例对各种方法进行了分析和验证 ,可为相关部门提供生产安全评估和检验的理论依据。
This paper intends to introduce human reliability assessment techniques that can be applicable to risk assessment of the fire accident in the working-room, to identify the most critical top events, intermediate and basic events, error type and relevant root causes, and to assess their influence on technical, manning, training, management, and work environment issues, and thus advances ways to improve and eliminate these problems.
