摘要
LO-CATⅡ脱硫技术是一种硫化氢湿式氧化技术,采用美国MERICHEM公司开发的专利铁离子络合物液体催化剂,在常温、低压下即可将硫化氢直接转化成单质硫,反应后尾气H2S含量不超过10 mg/kg。针对该技术在延安石油化工厂硫磺回收装置应用过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。目前该装置运行平稳,各项指标均达到设计要求,尾气排放合格。
LO-CATIIdesulfurization was a technology of wet oxidation of hydrogen sulfide, adopting iron ion com- plex liquid catalyst developed by Merichem in America. This technology can transfer hydrogen sulfide into elemental sulfur in normal temperature and low tension, and the content of H2S after reaction would be less than 10 mg/kg. The questions about the application of sulfur recovery equipment adopting in Yah＇ an petroleum chemical plant were analyzed, and some relative improvement measures were proposed. So far, this equipment ran smoothly with all indexes fulfill the design requirements and emission qualified.
