摘要
本文以大庆油田杏十三-Ⅰ联合站为例,叙述了原油集输采用取消转油站环节的“越站流程”的情况。主要介绍了“越站流程”的优点,杏十三-Ⅰ联合站集输系统的布局及工艺流程,然后对“越站流程”中的几个问题进行了讨论,并提出了改进意见,最后给出了两种推荐的工艺流程。实际运行表明,该流程完全达到了设计要求,并取得明显的经济效益。
Taking Xing 13-1 Combination Station as an example,this article explains the circumstance of usingCOSPF.It mainly introduces the strong points of COSPF,the gathering and transferring layout and pro-cess of Xing 13-1 Combination Station,discusses several problems of COSPF and puts forward improvementopinions,Finally two recommended process flows are given.Practicle operation shows that they achieve thedesign requirements completely and obtain obvious economic results.
