摘要
本文从案例出发,分析了具有专业背景的辅导员如何利用专业优势开展学生思想政治工作,对辅导员职业角色新定位问题进行了思考。
This article starts from the case, analysis of how to take advantage of professional counselors with profes- sional backgrounds advantage of students＇ ideological and political work, thinking of the new position of counselors＇ professional roles.
