多囊卵巢综合征的远期并发症 被引量：11

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是女性常见的内分泌失调性疾病。用美国国家健康委员会（NIH）诊断标准统计其发病在生育期女性中为6％～10％，启用鹿特丹诊断标准其发病率可能上升至20％。PCOS的临床表现存在异质性，按鹿特丹诊断标准PCOS可分4个亚型。经典型PCOS是月经稀发、雄激素过高和多囊卵巢。
