摘要
目的探讨早期康复治疗对老年脑梗死患者康复的影响。方法 105例老年脑卒中患者随机分为康复者和对照组,对照组实施内科常规治疗,康复者则在内科常规治疗的基础上进行康复训练,2周后进行神经功能评定。结果与对照组比较,康复组的神经功能缺损评分明显降低,Barthel指数评分明显增加。结论老年脑卒中患者入院后即实施早期康复是安全的,并能够明显改善患者的各种功能和预后,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe effects of early rehabilitation in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 105 elderly patients with cerebral infarction in rehabilitation and geriatrics department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group.Control group were mainly given routine medical treatment,and rehabilitation group were given rehabilitation intervention on the basis of routine medical treatment,including physical therapy,ADL training and psychological intervention.Neurological deficit scoring stroke and Barthel Index score was used in the two groups before and after treatment.Results Neurological deficit scores and Barthel Index score was significantly improved in 2 groups patients with cerebral infarction after treatment,and there were statistically significant in the rehabilitation group compared with the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion The early rehabilitation intervention can significantly improve motor function and ADL ability in hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction.
