摘要
本文第一部分设计了余辉等离子体Langmuir探针的计算机数据采集系统,实验结果表明,这个系统是可靠的。第二部分对实验中得到的空间电位演化规律进行了理论分析,提出了双极扩散电位理论,较好地拟合了实验曲线,在实验中发现的探针电流峰值弛豫现象可以用空间电位的演化做定性的解释。
In the first part of this paper, a computer sampling system for Langmuir probe in afterglow plasma is introduced. It is proved by experiment results that this system is reliable. In the second part of this paper, a theoretical explanation of the space potential distribution under the ambipolar diffusion is briefly discussed. The theory predicted and experimental curves are quite in agreement. The retarding phenomena of probe current, found in the experiment, can also be explained by the evolu-ation of space potential.
