摘要
目的探讨护理干预对2型糖尿病并发心血管病患者的影响。方法选取本院2011年2月～2012年8月收治的2型糖尿病并发心血管病患者96例,随机分为两组,48例患者采用常规护理为对照组,另外48例患者采用护理干预为观察组,护理疗程为1个月,比较两组患者护理前后的血糖、心电图及血压异常情况。结果护理后,观察组与对照组的血糖、心电图及血压异常率均明显降低,观察组血糖异常率(37.5%)、心电图异常率(12.5%)、血压异常率(27.1%)均明显低于对照组(60.4%、31.2%、47.9%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理干预可以明显改善2型糖尿病并发心血管病患者的血糖状况、心电图情况、血压状况,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease. Methods Ninety-six patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease were se- lected in the hospital from February 2011 to August 2012, who were randomly divided into two groups. 48 patients used routine care as the control group. 48 patients used nursing intervention as the observation group. The course of nursing was 1 month. The abnormal condition of glucose, electrocardiographic and blood pressure were compared be- tween the two groups before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the abnormality rates of glucose, electrocardio- graphic and blood pressure in the two groups were all decreased significantly. The rates of glucose abnormality （37.5%）, electrocardiographic abnormality （12.5%）, blood pressure abnormality （27.1%） in observation group were sig- nificantly lower than that of control group （60.4%, 31.2%, 47.9%）, The differences were all statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Effective nursing intervention can significantly improve glyeemie status, electrocardiographic infor- mation, blood pressure status of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease, which has significant clinical effect. That is worthy of clinical use.
