摘要
目的评价高频超声诊断腮腺多形性腺瘤的价值。方法选择本院2010年3月～2012年4月收治的经手术病理证实为腮腺多形性腺瘤46例患者为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的临床资料以及超声图像。结果 46例腮腺多形性腺瘤患者有42例在术前超声检查中诊断正确,1例被误诊为腮腺囊肿,有3例被误诊为腮腺恶性肿瘤。高频超声诊断腮腺多形性腺瘤准确率为91.30%,误诊率为8.70%。结论临床上采用高频超声诊断腮腺多形性腺瘤具有十分重要的价值,但是容易和其他腮腺肿块混淆造成误诊,因此要特别注意鉴别诊断。
Objective To evaluate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of parotid pleomorphic adenoma. Methods Clinical data and nhrasonography imaging, of 46 patients with parotid pleomorphic adenoma confirmed by postoperative pathology from March 2010 to April 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results In all the 46 cases, 42 eases were diagnosed correctly as parotid pleomorphie adenoma by preoperative high-frequency ultrasound, 1 case was misdiagnosed as the cysts of the parotid gland, and 3 cases were misdiagnosed as malignant tumors of the parotid gland. The accuracy of high-frequency ultrasound in detecting parotid pleomorphic adenoma was 91.30%, while the misdiagnosis rate was 8.70%. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound is very helpful for making the diagnosis of parotid pleomorphie adenoIna. It is easy to misdiagnose as another mass of parotid, so we must pay attention to differential diagnosis for parotid pleomorphic adenoma.
