摘要
目的 探讨超声检查在腮腺肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法 应用高频超声对40例腮腺肿块进行二维及彩超检查,并与CT检查对比,全部病例均经手术病理证实。结果 超声对病灶的检出率为100％,对腮腺良性肿瘤的诊断符合率为88.4％,恶性肿块为71.4％。结论 二维及彩超对腮腺肿块的诊断及良恶性鉴别有重要诊断价值,与CT比较无差异。
Objective To evaluate the significant values of ultrasonography in diagnosis of parotid tumor. Methods Forty cases of parotid tumors proved by operation and pathology examination were detected with high-frequency two-dimensional ultrasound (2DUS) and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and compared with CT. Results The detection rate of the parotid foci was 100% . The diagnostic accuracy of the benign tumors, malignant tumors and the cysts were 88. 4%, 71. 4%, 85. 7%, respectively by ultrasonography. Conclusion 2DUS and CDFI examination showed important value inthe diagnosis and differentiation of benign and malignant parotid tumors. No differences were found between ultrasonography and CT of the parotid tumor.
