毛冬青对慢性心衰大鼠基质金属蛋白酶-1及其抑制剂影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨毛冬青对压力超负荷致慢性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)及其抑制剂(TIMP-1)的作用。方法:SD大鼠50只采用腹主动脉缩窄法复制大鼠慢性心力衰竭模型,实验设正常组、模型组、卡托普利组、毛冬青高剂量组及毛冬青低剂量组,各组动物于造模4周后予以药物干预,分组治疗2周时采用酶联法测定大鼠血清中MMP-1、TIMP-1含量。结果:毛冬青高低剂量组、卡托普利组MMP-1含量升高、TIMP-1含量降低,与模型组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:毛冬青可逆转慢性心力衰竭大鼠心肌纤维化,调节MMP-1与TIMP-1的平衡是其作用机理之一。
