摘要
首先描述了一般供水企业的生产过程特点，其次描述了城市供水企业ＣＩＭＳ的内容和框架结构，研究了综合智能网络系统的设计、实施及其关键技术，同时提出了供水企业ＣＩＭＳ的有关命题，较为详细的描述了供水企业实现ＣＩＭＳ的关键技术及实现ＣＩＭＳ的途径及策略。
At first, in this paper, it gave a description of the characters of the common water supply enterprises. Second, it describes the frame and the content of the CIMS of a water supply enterprise in a city. Further more, it studied the system of the integration and intelligent network design, at the same time, it bring forward the relative proposition. At last, it discussed the key technology, the approaching and strategy of carrying out a CIMS of a water supply enterprise.
