摘要
本文介绍了水厂分布式实时监控和管理系统的设计，并以可编程控制（PLC）作为过程控制级对其结构功能、通讯方式和可靠性三方面作了详细的论述．实际运行，效果较好．
This paper introduces a design of distributed real-time monitor and manage system. three sides ofstructure function, communication and relibility with PLC as process control level are described in detail. The application result showes the system is very effective.
