摘要
目的:调查延安市2514例听力残疾患者的年龄、性别、地域分布情况及病因。方法:对我院行耳部体检的5168例患者,按照第二次全国残疾人抽样调查专家委员会重新修订的《残疾标准》,对每个被调查者行耳部检查及纯音听阈检查,确诊为听力残疾者2514例,将年龄段以10岁为界分开,进行统计学分析。结果:听力残疾人数总计2514例,占检查人数的48.65%,男1349例(53.66%),女1165例(46.34%);差异有显著性。听力残疾患病率年龄分布呈波峰型分布,其中51~60岁患病率最高(27.66%)、其次为41~50岁(23.83%)、31~40岁(17.25%)、21~30岁(12.94%)等,71~80岁(3.34%)患病率最低;听力残疾致残原因中居前三位者依次是感音神经性耳聋(72.30%)、其他(12.61%)、中耳炎(11.33%)。结论:听力残疾者男性比例高于女性,后天性耳聋中以感音神经性耳聋为首,致残原因有,中耳炎、药物性引起的聋、突发性聋、创伤性聋等。
Objective:To know the situation of hearing disability and the relevant data of the age and gen- der distribution in Yan'an, and provide the basic data for Yan'an Disabled Persons' Federation and government to re- habilitate and prevent deaf. Methods:To statistic and analysis the 5168 medical people who do ear check in Yan'an in 2009-2011. To invalid all line inspection and pure tone threshold check,and do the statistical analysis of the people in 10 years old age for boundary. Results: A total of 2514 subjects were hearing disability number, accounting for 48.65% of the number of check, men in 1357 (53.66%) ,women,1177 (46.34%) ; The incidence of hearing disabil- ity men (53.66%) than women (46. 34%), there was a significant difference sex; Hearing disability prealence age distribution type distribution, including a wave 51- 60 years old rates highest (27.66%), followed by 41- 50 years (23. 83 % ), 31-40 years (17.25 % ), 21- 30 years (12.94%) ;the lowest among Hearing disability causes of disabil- ity in the top three in turn was senile deafness (72.30%),unexplained (11.88%),otitis media (12.61%). Conclu- sion: Males are more than females in earring disabilities proportion, which acquired deafness to presbycusis in the primary. The leading cause of disability in otitis media accounted is for a larger proportion. Caused by drug-induced deafness, sudden deafness, traumatic deaf, Hospital specialists should be strengthened at all levels of training and ra- tional use of hearing aids.
