摘要
目的 研究老年人群听觉功能老化的特点。方法 采用纯音测听、言语识别、镫骨肌反射、听性脑干反应、脑认知功能及Ｐ３００听觉事件相关电位等多种方法，测试三部分老年人群。结果 与青年组相比，老年人纯音听敏度减退；言语识别率下降，中枢听觉认知功能减退，镫骨肌反射阈有不同程度提高、重振耳数随耳聋加重而增多；听性脑干反应各波间期无变化；Ｐ３００认知电位波潜伏期延长，波辐下降。结论 老年人听觉功能老化特点，表现出听觉系统从耳蜗末梢到听觉中枢具有泛发性退变，此点应引起老年听力康复工作的重视。
Objective To investigate the chracteristics of auditory function in aging. Methods Auditory function for three groups of aging were measured by multipl testing methods, include pure tone, speech discrimination score, middle ear acoustic re- flex,ABR, cognitive function and auditory event reIated potentials. ResuIts It showed that the sensitivity for pure tone, the dis- crimination score for speech and cognitive function were decreased, the threshold of stapedial reflex were elevated, the percentage of recruitment ear were increased, but the interpeak latency of ABR were normal, the wave latency of P300 were prolonged, but the am- plitude were diminished obviously as compared with yonger group. Conclution The characteristic auditory function in aging showed a wide range of degeneration from the ending to central part of auditory system, so, it must be pay attention to it for the au- ditory rehabilitation in aging.
