摘要
目的:探讨颌面骨骨折钛板坚强内固定术后并发症类型、原因和防治措施。方法:对176例颌面骨骨折钛板坚强内固定术后18例并发症进行临床总结分析。结果:感染6例,错颌3例,神经损伤2例,钛板外露7例。结论:重视操作技术是防治并发症重要措施。
Objective：Explore the maxillofacial fractures rigid internal fixation with postoperative complications types,causes and prevention measures.Methods：Clinical summary analysis of 176 cases of maxillofacial fractures after rigid internal fixation with 18 cases of complications.Results：Infection in six cases,three cases of malocclusion,nerve injury in two cases,titanium exposed seven cases.Conclusions：Emphasis on operating techniques is an important measure to prevent complications.
