颌骨骨折钛板内固定术后钛板取出原因分析(附171例报告) 被引量：5

摘要 由于解剖结构特点，颌骨的有些部位在结构和力学上属于薄弱区，为骨折的好发部位。这些部位骨折后往往造成咀嚼功能障碍、面部畸形。治疗的主要目的就是恢复其解剖结构和生理功能。由于金属钛具有良好的生物相容性、理化性能稳定、可塑性强、可长期保留体内等优点广泛应用于临床，目前微钛板坚强内固定术已广泛应用于颌骨骨折治疗中并取得了良好的治疗效果。
